By purchasing my services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

No two animal companions are the same, and no single path is right for everyone.

My goal is not to offer a one-size-fits-all solution, but to provide personalized support that respects the unique history, needs, and well-being of each companion and their family.

While the overall process follows a consistent structure, every experience is tailored to the individual needs of each animal companion and their family.

My services are intended to support the physical, emotional, and energetic well-being of animal companions through a complementary holistic approach.

I use a variety of holistic and energy-based wellness practices to encourage overall balance and well-being. These services are intended to complement—not replace—the care, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a licensed veterinarian.

If your companion is experiencing an illness, injury, or medical emergency, it is essential that you seek veterinary care.

To help make this process as beneficial as possible, I ask that you:

Payment is required before the support process begins.

Once payment has been received, you'll receive the initial questionnaire along with instructions for scheduling your Comprehensive Consultation.

If you need to reschedule your consultation, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling, except in exceptional circumstances.

Each support process requires preparation and is individually customized for every animal companion.

For this reason, once the Comprehensive Consultation has taken place or the remote energy balancing session has begun, payments are non-refundable.

If you have any questions before booking or would like to determine whether this approach may be a good fit for you and your companion, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call so you can make your decision with confidence.

If your companion experiences difficulty breathing, seizures, loss of consciousness, poisoning, serious injuries, or any other medical emergency, please contact your veterinarian or the nearest emergency veterinary hospital immediately.

All documents, recommendations, materials, and resources provided during the support process are the intellectual property of Natalia Verand and are supplied solely for the client's personal use.

They may not be copied, distributed, modified, shared, or reproduced without prior written permission.

By purchasing my services, you acknowledge that this holistic support is complementary in nature and is intended to promote your companion's overall well-being.

All decisions regarding your companion's care, treatment, and veterinary services remain solely the responsibility of their guardian.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natalia Verand shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the use of these complementary services.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect improvements to the services or changes in applicable laws.
